Margarita Ramirez has been with Community Health Connection for almost two years now, and is an enormous asset to the team. She consistently exceeds the expectations for her job. 2020 was a challenging year, to say the least, but Margarita was able to engage over 550 members through her outreach efforts. She is efficient, dependable, and brilliant. Not only does she have a magnificent work ethic, but she genuinely looks out for the best interest of the population we serve. She is the epitome of hard-working.
