Victoria goes above and beyond in her work duties, encouraging the children to try new foods through fun and innovative meals. Victoria plans and prepares fun activities like the creative “hamburger” she made at the Schodack Family Resource Center that was made from a pumpkin and playdough that will appeal to the children and get them more interested in food.
