Pension Summary Annual Report

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) requires CEO to give eligible plan participants the most important facts they need to know about their retirement plans. CEO is required to give participants a copy of the plan’s summary annual report each year. Attached is a summary of the Form 5500 Annual Return/Report of Employee Benefit Plan.
