For February, we are going to Go Red! February is heart health month and this Friday, February 4th is National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about heart disease and stroke.
For this month’s wellness challenge, let’s focus on getting ourselves moving, in whatever way possible as winter holds on a bit longer.
