To refer a potential candidate, log into your ADP Employee Self Service ——Myself——–Talent——–Career Center—-and in the upper right corner of your screen click on ‘Refer a Friend’.

Enter the candidate’s (correct) contact information.

Another option is to have the candidate add YOUR name to their ADP application in the “Referred By” box.
