The annual agency shredding event will take place on Wednesday August 13th. Please review the agency’s record retention policy and chart as a guide. Before determining if any documents can/should be shredded confirm with your Program Director that the documents can be shredded according to your program’s record retention policy.

For any documents that are eligible to be shredded please submit a Work Order by Friday August 1st. The Facilities team will pick up the items and bring them to a designated location to be shredded
