For the last several years, CEO has contracted to provide staff regular cyber security trainings through a third-party vendor, Arctic Wolf. As of January 2026, CEO is no longer contracting with Arctic Wolf.
Despite this change, CEO is committed to providing staff with tools and occasional trainings to help minimize the risk of a cybersecurity breach. Most online attacks begin with a single click and cyber criminals often use phishing to steal credentials, access business accounts or install ransomware that locks systems and demands payment. We ask that ALL STAFF remain vigilant. If a message feels off or unexpected, always verify it – but not by replying or using any phone number or link in the message. Instead, please follow these tips:
-
Hover the mouse over the link without click it to see where the URL address leads.
-
Use a search engine to look up the sender’s phone number and contact them directly.
-
Use a known contact method if it appears to come from someone you know.
We appreciate everyone’s diligence in this very important matter.
