New Printer Toner Procedure

ink-tonerCEO’s contract with Eastern, which provides service and toner for desktop printers, will end on August 25. Staff with desktop printers will now be responsible for ordering their own toner by submitting a purchase request to Fiscal using a CEO approved vendor (Staples, Crystal Rock, etc.). To avoid being stuck without toner, we recommend that you keep one spare toner in stock.  The IT department will not be responsible for supporting toner replacement.   IT staff will be replacing the Eastern stickers on the printers with reminders on how to order toner in the near future.
