Dear CEO Staff,

With Election Day around the corner, I am sending out a quick message to all of our valued staff. As you know, CEO continues to work to foster an environment of inclusion and we want to make sure that everyone feels welcome in our workplace. We understand that individual politics are rooted in each of our own unique experiences and we are free to have our own perspectives.  That being said, I ask that you refrain from political discussions before, during and after the election that might cause discomfort to co-workers or create an uncomfortable environment. Staff are encouraged to exercise their right to vote and have tomorrow afternoon free to do their civic duty. While at work, we need to be focused on our jobs and our important mission of helping others.
