Dear CEO staff:
Based on staff feedback, the IT Steering Committee is excited to announce a new tool to help support staff with their software needs. Starting on Monday, October 5th, CEO will be facilitating an “Office Hours” email account that can provide you with a quick, personalized response to your Microsoft Office, Teaching Strategies Gold, and CAP60 questions.
The full list of programs that will be supported include:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Publisher
- Adobe Reader
- Teaching Strategies Gold
- CAP60
Examples of questions you can ask the Office Hours team include:
- How do I create transitions in between PowerPoint slides?
- How do I fix _____ issue with my newsletter?
- How do I make a Word document into a PDF?
- How do I update my email signature?
- Why isn’t my Excel formula working?
As we start to develop a list of common questions among staff, we plan to create a library of step-by-step videos to address the most common concerns. For specific questions, we are happy to provide detailed, individual support. We will do everything in our power to respond to all questions within 24 hours.
