Dear CEO Staff,
As we quickly approach our second holiday season with continued challenges and impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is easy to focus on things that we can’t still easily do, have access to, or even experience. However, at CEO we are grateful to our staff whose dedication was unmatched throughout the past year and remain optimistic about the year ahead. We’re also thankful to those who have joined the team over the past year to help with the very important work that is accomplished on a daily basis.
To show our gratitude for your loyalty and commitment to the children and individuals served by the agency, the Board of Directors and Senior Administrative Team are pleased to inform you of a loyalty/retention payment that will be issued to you in the coming days.
The one-time, taxable payment amount will be issued to current staff members based on their regularly scheduled hours who will remain employed throughout the rest of the year. Payments will be issued following your normal payroll method. Please check your bank accounts later this week for your surprise incentive payment as a token of our appreciation. Your individual contributions to helping our community has made a collective impact on the lives of so many and we are grateful to each and every one of you. It’s been another tough year, but we’re looking forward to a more normal 2022 (fingers crossed).
Again, Thank You for all that you do and Thank You for getting your vaccination! We know this was not an easy decision for many but it was an important step toward resuming our daily activities and continuing to serve our community. Please keep observing safe social practices for the health of all throughout this holiday season.
