As Covid-19 continues to be a at the forefront of our lives, it has become necessary to revise the procedure to report any Covid-19 related matters that may prevent you from working.

Effective today, should you have a Covid-19 impact either through illness, possible exposure that may necessitate quarantine or school closure you will be required to email covid@ceoempowers.org to begin the reporting process. Once received, you will be provided with initial information to help guide next steps and any required documentation.  

As a reminder, you must continue to complete your daily health screens. Should you not pass the health screen, please do not report to work. You must contact your supervisor to report your absence and follow up with an email to covid@ceoempowers.org .
