As a result of NYS’s updated mask mandate guidelines, CEO has revised the most recent state issued protocols.

Effective immediately:

• Masks will be optional for fully vaccinated staff with the exception of Early Childhood staff who must remain under OCFS regulations until further notice.
• All staff working with customers will still be required to wear masks during all interactions and observe social distancing.
• All unvaccinated staff who have been approved for an exemption will still be required to wear masks and practice social distancing while interacting with others at all times.
• Small group in-person meetings will be allowed and masking is not required with the agreement of all participants as long as social distancing is observed.

As we transition through the ever-changing phases of this pandemic, we are asking staff to please respect the wishes of our colleagues who are vaccinated who prefer to wear a mask and may also request that you wear one while interacting with them.

This updated guidance is subject to change based on the transmission rates within the community.
