CEO is pleased to have received an anonymous donation earmarked to support our staff. We will be accepting submissions from individual CEO staff who would like be considered between now and November 22nd through the form below. Due to the stipulations of the donation, the staff that meet the following criteria will be eligible to submit: regular and part-time staff who make under $25 an hour and have children under the age of 18 in their household. Submission of the form does not guarantee support, depending on quantity of submissions, staff may be chosen via raffle. The support will come in the form of a VISA gift card, to be distributed in the coming weeks.
