Holiday Donation Fund

CEO is excited to announce that we have received a donation to help assist four families who will be experiencing financial hardship during the holiday season. This generous donor recognizes that the holidays can be of particular stress for our community and wanted to help to make a difference in their lives. We are asking staff to help us in identifying the four families who will be the recipients of the funds this year.  The donor has requested that we identify families which are among those having the greatest needs and would greatly benefit from the donation.

There are some criteria that any nominated family will need to meet;

  • Recent CEO customer (within the last six months).
  • Have children under the age of 18 in their household.
  • Cannot be a current CEO staff member.

There are several priority selection criteria that will help to identify those who may be most in need, these include recent homelessness, foster care/kinship care, recent crisis or emergency, or medical crisis.

If you have a family that you work with that is in need this season, please discuss with your supervisor, who can formally nominate the family for consideration.  In order to get families this assistance in time for the holidays, all submissions must be received by Friday, December 6th.The nominations will then be reviewed and the four families selected will be notified by the middle of December.

We would ask that nominations are not discussed with families/customers until after they are selected to receive the donation, therefore, not disappointing anyone who may not be selected.
