To All Staff:
Over the past few months, the CEO Board of Directors has been working to identify the next individual who will succeed me when I retire on March 31st. I’m pleased to announce that the CEO Board of Directors has selected Sue Rosa, who will be named the new president and CEO for the organization effective April 1st. As many of you may know, Sue has been with the agency for more than three decades, working her way up from a case worker and program manager to HR Director and eventually, her current role as Vice President. Her personal journey embodies what this agency stands for, she is a true champion of Community Action and a competent and energized professional who is dedicated to CEO’s commitment to the communities we serve, as well as our staff.
It is my humble opinion that this organization will continue to thrive with the current leadership team. I have appreciated the opportunity to have been part of the CEO family over the past 10 years, and I wish Sue and the leadership team and all of our amazing staff much success! It has been an honor!
