Using a consistent email signature helps present a clear, professional CEO identity across the organization while making sure important contact information, locations, website links and social media links are displayed consistently.
To make setup easy, the Marketing & Communications page on the intranet now includes a CEO Email Signature Generator along with step-by-step instructions for adding the signature to Outlook.
Simply enter your information, select your location and follow the instructions to create and install your signature.
