Greetings to our CEO team,
Can you believe summer is over? It always goes by so fast! Whether you spent your summer with us or on break, we hope the warm weather gave you an opportunity to reconnect and re-energize.
Fall is a great time to embrace a fresh start. For teachers and parents alike, the start of a new school year brings with it a sense of new beginnings, and new resolve. And for the Leadership Team, we are feeling the same way! Throughout the summer, there was a lot of discussion around what is most important to us as an agency: what our values are as a community; what defines a CEO superstar; how we want to conduct ourselves as an agency moving forward; and how we as a whole staff interact with each other to ensure that this is a healthy and happy environment for everyone.
We have already begun to lay the groundwork for continued growth in our organization’s future. Our new policy and procedure changes being implemented reflect feedback we have received from staff. We hope these changes illustrate our dedication to creating an inclusive work environment that values every team member.
In the coming weeks, Leadership Team members will be visiting each program and center to get your perspective on some new initiatives. Our goal is to do everything we can to support the personal and professional development of all staff, to ensure that we are being most effective in the community, and also to make CEO a place that everyone looks forward to coming back to each day. We are anxious to hear what you have to say and to work with you to encourage positive change throughout the agency.
Thank you for joining us on this journey of continuous improvement.
Sincerely,
The CEO Leadership Team
