We wanted to share the below documents to be distributed to staff and utilized in programs; CEO’s revised Code of Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy. These documents provide guidance and expectations for customer behaviors while on CEO premises. Over the past few weeks laminated versions of these documents have been delivered to sites/programs, we will be adding exterior signage to each building, and they will be available for additional reference and use on the Quality Assurance resource page.
In the upcoming months we will be looking to provide additional training/support on emergency procedures, de-escalation, and incident reporting. Please advise staff to seek support if necessary, follow current emergency procedures, and complete an incident report immediately following any violation of the Code of Conduct/Zero Tolerance policies.
