$5 will cover fresh local produce like:

• Potatoes
• Carrots
• Apples
• Celery

Participants will also receive:

• Gravy
• Macaroni
• Cranberry sauce
• Pie mix/filling
• Stuffing
• A Gift certificate for the main dish

Here is the eligibility criteria that must be met:

• Customers must have used at least one CEO service within the last 12 months
• Customers must provide proof of income
• Customers must be in a household of 2 or more
• 2 Food packages may be purchased of the household is 5+

At the time of payment, participants will get an appointment to pick up their food package. Packages will be distributed on November 19th and 20th at: CEO, 2328 fifth Avenue, Troy, NY. Families of (5+) can purchase more than one package.

Customers can sign up and purchase a package by calling Renata Gwozdz at 272-6012 ext. 242 to schedule an appointment; walk-in hours will be available and posted on a weekly basis, but are not guaranteed.  Customers can also sign up and purchase a package at Unity House if they have received a service from Unity House within the last 12 months.
