I hope everyone was able to safely enjoy the Eclipse yesterday afternoon and can enjoy some sunshine today! The HR team wanted to provide all staff with an ADP feature update. Effective Monday April 15th a new attestation feature will be released in ADP for all staff that have their lunch breaks automatically deducted. Please see the below screenshot for a preview of the attestation message.
The attestation message feature will be displayed each day for staff that work over 6.5 hours. You will need to confirm and complete the attestation when you clock out for the day. This enhanced feature will ensure the accuracy of all timecards. As the message indicates if the information on your timesheet is not accurate, please reach out to your supervisor to ensure the appropriate modifications and/or changes are made.
