Thank you to everyone who filled out the IT Tips & Tricks Survey earlier this fall. The IT Steering Committee reviewed the submissions and wanted to follow up with all staff on a few common trends across the data.

• Of the staff that filled out the survey over 50% used Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, with other programs used in varying degrees.

• Staff that filled out the survey indicated that of the popular programs, their comfort level with Acrobat and Excel was lowest.  51% of staff that filled the survey out indicated they would be interested in tips and/or trainings on the programs.
• Videos and in person trainings were the most preferred format for trainings or tips.

The committee will be using this data to help inform the IT Tips & Tricks Series in 2025, how we offer tips and trainings, and what subject matter is covered.
