With winter break coming up tomorrow, we wanted to touch base with everyone about expectations around out of office messages. Before you leave for break, please take a moment to put up an out of office message in Outlook. Feel free to use the template below and customize to fit your needs.

CEO’s offices will be closed from the afternoon of Friday, December 22nd through Monday, January 1st. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 2nd. Thank you for your patience while I’m away, I will respond to your message as soon as I’m back in the office.

We would also like to see folks record a custom voicemail for the winter break. To do so:
• Press the message button or select the message icon
• Press the connect icon
• Enter your password
• Press 3 to change your mailbox no answer greeting
• Record your message and save

Don’t forget to rerecord your usual voicemail once we return on the 2nd. Have a safe and happy winter break!
