It’s time to do our annual cyber security training. All staff will be required to complete the short training in the next few weeks. As an agency we utilize a software called ProofPoint to administer and track the training. Staff will receive an email directly from the software (CEO’s Security Education Platform) in the next few days. This email is not spam, and staff should click on the link in the email to watch the training module videos on ProofPoint’s website.

Once all of the videos have been completed, staff will receive a confirmation of training completion email from ProofPoint. That email should be forwarded on to hr@ceoempowers.org. The training videos do not have to be watched all at once, as the software tracks your progress. Collectively the training won’t take more than a half an hour. Staff will have until October 7th to complete the training.
