Dear Staff,
I’m pleased to share that CEO’s annual benefit open enrollment period for 2025 will begin today December 3rd at 12:00pm. Below you will find CEO’s benefit guide and rates that provide a comprehensive review of 2025 rates and benefits available. Please see below for important benefit information:
- For the 2025 benefit year CEO will continue to offer the CDPHP hybrid medical plan. Our employer contribution has increased to help offset some of the rising costs.
- For staff who currently have CEO health insurance please attend the virtual information session you were notified of to be informed of options and connect with our Fidelis Representative, Laurie Nagy, onsite Friday December 6th from 12:00-4:00pm at the CRC Bridge or via email at lnagy@fideliscare.org.
- The CEO rate grid document provides the updated rates for the 2025 benefit year.
- No renewal increases to Dental or Vision premiums.
- Free Telemedicine for all benefit eligible staff (you must elect this benefit in Employee Navigator).
- CEO will be transitioning to a new Flexible or Dependent Care Savings Accounts (FSA or DCA) vendor for 2025 open enrollment. We will be transitioning from Flores to Flex. For staff that currently have Flores a letter will be sent to you this week with details regarding the transition.
- Pension plan contributions based on Years of Service and eligibility guidelines. Anyone who met eligibility guidelines in 2024 have been invited to the enrollment meeting in December.
Open Enrollment will occur utilizing our online platform, Employee Navigator. Please see below for details on the enrollment process:
- You will receive an email from noreply@employeenavigator.com to start your benefit election in Employee Navigator.
- All benefit eligible staff must access Employee Navigator and elect or waive benefits by Friday, December 13, 2024.
- All benefits outlined in the CEO benefit guide will be available to be elected or waived in the Employee Navigator system.
