With construction on the CRC Bridge complete, and the building now open to programs, we wanted to reach out to everyone about the increase in conference room space across the main campus, and some changes to the booking system. Effective immediately, the additional conference rooms in the CRC Bridge are available for booking for meetings and other events. There are five new spaces: the large Lansingburgh and Rensselaer Conference Rooms, the smaller Schodack and Troy Conference Rooms, and the Pavilion. Staff who wish to book a space should still do so through the Conference Room Reservation Form available on the Intranet. On that same page is also an overview of room capacity, room set up/configuration, IT set up of each room, and other notes on restrictions for each of CEO’s conference rooms. When booking a room, please read through the room descriptions to make sure the room you are requesting will meet your needs.
Once your request has been approved, Nancy Uber will send you a confirmation via email. Please wait until you have received that confirmation to book outside speakers or invite other staff or attendees. If there is a conflict at your requested time, an alternate room or time may be suggested.
