To be eligible for a chance to win a $50 Price Chopper gift card:

• Pack your lunch at least four times per week during the challenge period
• At the end of each week of the challenge, certify how many times you packed your lunch via the following link: https://insights.cdphp.com/c/a/6GtxF6EKjTZGrrPa3T2hGm
• Each participant who certifies they packed their lunch at least four times per week during the challenge will receive a CDPHP lunch container. One of those lucky participants will receive a $50 Price Chopper gift card!
