In our continued efforts to keep our users and network safe from cyber threats, a banner will be added to the top of emails that are received from outside of our network. This banner will notify users when an email has been received from an external source, which comes in handy with phishing attempts. There is no need for you to do anything to activate the banner, it should be implemented later this week by our managed security folks at PCA.  We just wanted all staff to be aware before it shows up in emails.
